We got a parking fine for being 20 minutes over our paid time. That’s fine, understandable. However, as soon as I got home I rang up the company to see if there was anything I could do pay the difference to avoid receiving a parking fine. They couldn’t have cared any less! Said there was nothing they could do as it would have gone to the DVLA already, but they could have cancelled the ticket. Pure money making scheme!! Extortionate fine of £60 which is way above the standard!!! Use somewhere else in the town!!!!! Even a council car park would have been better
Nice well lit carpark. Used ringo to buy time. Steep access but very useful car park nonetheless. Excellent security. Very fair tariff too.
I received a PCN from this car park for an overstay of 20mins. Despite extraneous circumstances leading to my late arrival and leaving of the site, the company continue to pursue the penalty charge. Also, the signage on site is not suitable and there is no obvious indication that your vehicle registration has even been automatically recorded. Any signage is hard to read and not well positioned, indicating that these people are just after getting as much money as possible from people in a dishonest, underhand way. Don’t give them your money - use another car park!
Well lit carpark. Ticket machines don't always work. They still give you a fine if you park while machines aren't working.nnI have a season ticket, but communication from car park management company is very bad.nnSo far it's always been quiet so I've found a space. Parking charges seem reasonable, especially in winter.
Usually easy to find a space, bit steep for access but well placed for shopping
