Everything seemed professional until I collected the car, at time of purchase I asked I the car matts could be provided with the car and they said and put on the invoice that I would get a new set. 4i collected the car and was told the mats would be forwarded to me at the time. All was good and I took the car. within 2 hours of collecting the car it rained heavily and water started leaking badly through the rear passenger side, so I emailed and said there is water coming in to the car badly as you can see in the photo below. I asked if they would pay yo put this right at a local garage but had no reply? I then emailed again to ask about the mats having now covered the bill at the garage for the seals to be replaced to prevent further damage. I got a reply that was less than interested. Now 3 weeks since I purchased the car and still no sight of the mats that were ordered the day I purchased the car and no response from them. Seemed happy,quick and professional to sell me the car but don't stick to what they say afterwards.

I popped in as I seen a Mini Cooper advertised in their car park, that I was interested in. I started the steps to look at purchasing the car but didn’t proceed as I found a car elsewhere. Great service, from what I experienced and the chap in the office in the garage was great, really personable and a great character
Just bought a very nice car today from Romiley Garage. Steve was the one who with us. He was very nice and patient and answered all my questions. The staff there are nice too. Love it!
contacted this dealer on behalf of a friend of an elderly neighbour. she was unable to continue driving and needed to sell her car. high peak assured me they would view the vehicle and make a sensible/fair offer. after a number of phone calls and broken arrangements we contacted lancashire and williams car dealers. they/he arrived on time made a fair offer and took the vehice away. enough said i think.
Brilliant experience buying from high peak autos. All the guys were really helpful from start to finish I would 100% recommend. I will definitely use them again in the future!
Visited first thing on a Saturday morning and spoke briefly with the sales man on duty, I got the impression he had better things to do and advised me to look on the web site if I needed to know anything, I left after about 2 mins as I had hoped that the experience would have been a little more interactive. Shame as the you tube channel is very helpful. Hope it was just a one off but they have lost a sales opportunity on this occasion
From my first telephone enquiry, visit and test drive through to delivery of my Range Rover, I was in safe hands. A friendly, helpful and dare I say good old fashioned way of providing a professional service from a great team. I highly recommend Matt’s YouTube channel with his knowledge , experience, and honest reviews of motors of all kinds. Visited High Peak to look at a specific car. Looking at the car for 20min or more and not being assisted by any staff, we left. Although two staff were there and passed by us, whilst we were looking at the car. We visited the garage to look at the Porsche Boxster, we had seen online. We are going to visit a specialist Porsche garage later this month
