A Fabulous place to stay in a converted barn that is very well equipped with high quality fittings and fixtures. The flooring throughout is flagstones except for the bathroom which is ceramic tiles. Though none of this is cold on your feet thanks to the underfloor heating that's installed. Plenty of room throughout the cottage with great views out the front of the paddock and the rolling fields beyond up until the horizon. Everyone receives a delicious welcome pack of cream tea and wine. Our host Anne-Louise greeted us after our arrival to explain how to operate some of the appliances and gadgets plus a few house rules etc. But anything else we needed was just a phone call away. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fabulous and a real treat when there was so much snow outside as we bathed in the warm pool and simmered in the jacuzzi. The Atlantic village is a couple of minutes drive away so that you can easily stock up on your provisions or shop til you drop if you prefer? Instow beach was a perfect place to walk our dogs, never seen so many dog walkers in one place which is dog friendly all year round. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the quiet surroundings that allow you to fully relax and unwind in first class accommodation. We will be back!

First class rooms and kitchen a perfect place to relax and so quiet. The views are beautiful. The pool and hot tub have been so nice and just the right temperatures. The greeting was very nice and couldn't ask for more. I will recommend it to all my friends. There was also lots to do and see in the local area even in off season. I would give it a few extra stars if I could which is rare for me.

Really enjoyed a relaxing week away, even our old dog enjoyed the change of scenery. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a well equipt kitchen with a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Nice easy location to get to but still in easy reach of places to visit. Loved the pool and hot tub.
