Fantastic traditional village location great place for fell walks with our 2 Border Terriers  and views over fells and open countryside.  Site has hardstanding pitches, shower and toilet facilities are spot on, clean and functional. Owners are very friendly and helpful.  Even though in February it's sub-zero temperatures it's lovely and warm in our humble and trusted Bailey and even warmer and welcoming in the Sun Inn a 2 minute walk from the site selling proper pub grub and real local ale. As it's winter the cow shed behind us is full of these fine creatures and some interesting noises day and night👍👍

Lovely campsite, beautiful views and walks, I loved the walk along the waterfall and made a wish at the wishing tree, the river dee runs at the bottom of the village, friendly helpful campsite owners, the site was spotless, definitely be going back

Very pretty but hard standing is grass with plastic under it OK but still got Tyre slippage in winter
