I discovered this shop as I was driving through Farnworth and decided to stop - and I was glad I did. They came to lay LVT throughout the ground floor of my home and the job was absolutely perfect.  Unfortunately, there was a slight manufacturing problem with the tiles which resulted in the whole lot having to be relaid, at Hi Spec''s insistence. They did all the negotiations with the manufacturer and it didn't cost me a penny. And they did a beautiful job the second time as well. 
There are lots of carpet shops in Bolton, but as far as I am concerned, this shop deserves the 5 stars for how they looked after me after a problem occurred.
Not only are the products they sell high spec, their professional fitters and people in the shop work to a high spec, and their customer service is not just high spec, its second to none. I have seriously never experienced anything like it and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
