Hiho Silver is my go to destination for a pick me up & presents for friends & family. I have the gorgeous cherry roller bracelet and necklace which I treated myself too at Christmas & they look fab together. The team are super friendly & nothing is too much trouble. I bought a gorgeous silver snaffle ring for my daughters birthday which she loved, however it was too big! Hiho were so helpful, & exchanged it by post straight away. The communication was great and they posted it free of charge! Great service from beginning to end, I would highly recommend them and their jewellery is gorgeous!
I've been buying and wearing silver jewellery from Hiho Silver for many years now. I've also been lucky to be gifted some pieces from family and friends too. Such pretty designs but highly wearable all day even in and horse/farming environment! Their service is really friendly, whether thats on the phone or at some of the big country shows and turn around times very quick.
Fantastic service! Used to always purchase jewellery from the Hiho stand at shows, but recently have used their online store – super efficient. Beautiful, quality jewellery that will last a long time.
Beautiful, well made, quality jewellery with fantastic customer service. My bracelet was a gift and was a little big.. I sent it back to them and Hiho Silver made it smaller and sent it back for free and were fab about it!

Superb Service! I spoke to a lovely lady called Michelle, who was more than happy to help source an old item no longer listed on their website. From initial inquiry the item was located and shipped and I had it safely in my hands in 2 days! Absolutely outstanding service, I would recommend to everyone!
Met you guys and bought various items at the horse events, Blenheim, Badminton, etc, and missed the opportunity this year due to Covid. Always great to chat to you, great service, and very easy to use website.
