My Uncles funeral last Friday was a really really lovely day. Michael from Harold P Heywood sorted everything for my Auntie from start to finish and did an amazing job. Made what I was expecting to be a very traumatic day for us all a memorable respectful send off for a lovely special man. I will definitely use their services in the future for any close family members.......hopefully not for a while yet though 🙂

Just called to get a cost to arrange my Mum's Funeral. Asked about price and what it included, to get the response "We've had these phone calls before" My reply was pardon, to be told you know. It appears she thought that I was one of her competitors trying to find out what they charge. Absolutely appalled, if this is what you get when you call up, I would hate to see what service they give when they have your business.
