Recently used Ashley Connell of Hetts to assist with conveyancing for a lease extension. He and his assistant, Emma Beecroft were helpful, polite and easily contactable. The whole process was completed in five months.

I cannot recommend Ashley Connell highly enough for conveyancing services. He handled both the sale and purchase of our properties and went above and beyond our expectations with what proved to be a very difficult purchase. Communication was fantastic as he was readily contactable at all times and his professionalism throughout the process was commendable. I would therefore use Hetts solicitors for anything I require in future.

Didn't do their job properly on searches and ended up having to fawk out thousands in having to get it right so in my opinion rubbish was advised to pay that little extra but didn't wish I had for another soliciter avoid pay that little more

Twice I was told that they will ring me but they never did. They take their time, doing part time job. I would not give them even One Star but I had to complete this review. AS a customer I'm satisfied in 10 % from their service. My case should last 8-12 month that's what I was told by their employee , 14 months gone .... and they still play silly game with me I would not use them again. Missed important deadlines Dragged out my case Carried out work without instruction

Very good experience dealing with Ashley Connell on my parents wills/estates and transfer etc after they died. Would strongly recommend. As for conveyancing I've never had great experiences with anyone, as you need to chase to keep things moving. To that extent Hetts are no different, but to be fair they were at the top end of what I've seen before. Emma was helpful, followed up and returned calls, which isn't always the case.
