We would just like to say a massive thanks to the staff at Karpet Mills Hetton-le-Hole. Keith was the main man that looked after us, nothing was a problem to him superstar. We had a burst pipe which completely wrecked all the downstairs,they stored all the laminate and underlay for us until we needed it. The price was the best around, no one could match it. Would highly recommend this company, try everyone else first then go to see these lads, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic shop, great staff, and great prices.

Massive choice of Carpets at this shop, at good prices Sales lads not pushy but helpful. PLUS they send out a member of staff to correctly measure  and put together an individual drawing of the property !!, fitters great and arrived exactly when they were supposed to... Will be going back for more carpets shortly for other rooms so expect more of the same... they already have the measurements !! Can't fault them at all..

Amazing range of flooring, allowed to browse the full range without any pressure selling. Then, when we needed help, we were given great advice about the flooring we had chosen and then offered an estimate once they had the measurements. Asked for someone to come out and measure up then I returned to the shop.  I chose a remnant carpet the same day and, as it's a small carpet and easy to fit it, I was given a date within a week. I'm looking forward to the day it's fitted.

Fabulous job fitting plywood and vinyl for bathroom. Fitters were super quick, courteous and tidy! Staff at the Hetton le Hole store were all very helpful when choosing the flooring with good advice. Definitely recommend Karpet Mills

We had a very friendly visit the sales staff were very helpful  we weren't rushed and they gave us advice on which  carpet would be best for us we picked the carpet and they had it fitted with in a week , the lads did a very good job fitting it and we're also very friendly
