Always a queue but well worth the wait only a few minutes lovely warm welcome.  Very clean.  Great choice of sweet and savoury. We had a scone with jam and cream.... it was huge and delicious. Well worth a visit

Incredible cakes and milkshake, would definitely recommend the platter so you can try everything, and if you don't finish you can always take it home. Would recommend booking as it's hard to get a table otherwise, but worth it. Also very covid safe and clean

So glad we stopped here on our travels. Delicious food and even better desserts. Wonderful service too for our big family with a last minute reservation

Hands down the best Tea Room ever, the food and drink is amazing but the best part is how kind and fun and charismatic the staff are! They are definitely worth another visit or ten! The Guatemalan blend coffee was delicious and the maltester cheesecake was heavenly. I honestly couldn't recommend Hettie's more if I tried!

Absolutely amazing, the service was very quick even though there's a lot of customers. Smoothie was lovely and I also had a strawberry tart which was delicious. Will recommend to all my friends. One last thing is that this place has gender neutral toilets very useful for trans/non-binary people.

Had a wonderful lunch here staff were very kind and whole place felt safe when thinking about COVID-19 very clean
