Plenty of seating , however not all is undercover. The area is clean and well maintained. The only real drawback is lack of toilets but there are plenty of cafes nearby where you can wait for buses. There are notification boards at all stops that are really good.

It's a small bus station. Clean and tidy.

We're is tge 471   bus this morning   hasn't turned up should be here at  0612  nothink   ..I'm still standing here ...pay rise   what for ..Still late ..Still rude .late for work again 6 th time because of tge buses ....not good enough

Clean but noisy  and threatening late at night with pubs and clubs emptying.
