A highly professional and high quality service to provide a new platinum setting for my wife's diamond engagement ring which had been damaged. Chris, our advisor, provided the perfect setting for the diamond and the ring looks better than when we first purchased. A really great experience, at the right price and true quality. Very personal and professional service. They went out of their way to arrange supply and engraving of a christening bracelet. Communications were excellent throughout. Thoroughly recommend them.

What a wonderful jewellers! I have been trying to find out the history of a diamond ring that's been passed down through my family. A lovely gentleman has helped me find out some information and was very friendly throughout the process. I 100% recommend using this company - I certainly will be!

Fantastic service. I needed a very sentimentally valuable ring re-sizing, and the claws replacing. Was really impressed with the advice given on the best size for me, and as it turns out the smaller size recommended is absolutely perfect. Was given a quote but also told I would be phoned before any work had taken place with the actual cost to ensure I was happy. The work has been carried out beautifully and I am really happy to now be able to wear something which means an awful lot to me. Thank you
