Hessle Square is the hub of Hessle but is being slowly strangled by the chaotic parking set up. The places historic layout is difficult for any alterations to the current setup.nnA fair sized car park is situated behind the Co-op but does not encourage those from outside the area to shop in the Square. It's a charming town centre but could benefit from more shopping options to encourage people to the place.nnThere are bus services situated handily in the centre but for those without their own transport the one major supermarket, Sainsbury's, is a fair distance away. Buses do venture there but only occasionally.nnThere are pubs and cafes, restaurants, hairdressers and a library, health centre, a fair variety of shops. Altogether quite a contained environment.
There is a good variety of shops and cafes. Also frozen food shop and supermarket. There is a very good motor garage for repairs ect. Several butchers, flower shops and chemist with GP surgery.
Plenty of shops and charity shops and cafés nice village
Go here a lot it's a good area I go to get the bus home everyday and it's a good place to meet friends in the area when hanging out.
Love Hessle Square, chemist, frozen food shop, supermarket, cafés, everything in one place.
