Watch out for the new 'up-sell' ploy: a tasty, cheap fuel price is advertised on the collection counter, where you are invited to buy the tank of fuel and bring it back empty (of course it will still cost more than the saving on the fuel!). There's a petrol station AT THE AIRPORT - use that before returning! On my receipt, it appears I would have been charged £3.6670 per litre if it wasn't filled up at drop off....

Excellent service. My sister and I were treating my mother for a few days for her birthday to track down our ancestors graves and visit a family museum in Loch Goin. Janie on the desk at Hertz, once i mentioned the reason for my trip said 'Mum needs to ride in style.' and upgraded us to a stunning car that was comfortable and very easy for my 70 year old mum could get in and out of. Brilliant service and we will definitely use again and can highly recommend. Thank you again Janie for making our trip all the more magical.

Janie what a lady, processed, upgraded, and on our way super quick. The car rental department at Glasgow is a one minute walk from the airport, it has numerous companies all within the same building. There are toys for children, large seating areas and from what I observed a genuine good feeling in this blended workplace.

Nice large airport, a bit complicated things done a bit differently. Lots of shopping halls and eateries. Large seating available. Quick flow through security. Not so busy
