BIG . Restraunt was rubbish food all luke warm. Yuk.
I am not a huge fan of shopping and it's not about man points, I just dont like it. However my wife and I had an idea what we wanted but if i am honest we thought we had no chance of finding it. Then we had the good fortune to bump into an employee called Hala. She listened, she cared and she helped beyond our wildest dreams. She was friendly, attentive and patient and our needs were met and then some. If you are unsure what you are doing in there then my advice is look for Hala as she is pretty amazing at her job. Thank you very much for sorting our dilemma.
Appalling service, van hire was cancelled by text 13 minutes before booking was due to start. Ruined all our plans.

Not impressed tag never mentioned out of stock on desk I was purchasing. When I went to collect chair I could buy top part of chair but legs and wheels were out of stockordered desk and chair from Argos in Sainsbury's and picked up straight away. Good hotdog's to though.
Hired a van twice from this firm. No problems. Most of the staff are helpful and nice. One smart Alec needs taken down a peg or two for the way he speaks to the staff in front of customers
