If I could give them minus 10 I would. I paid the £50 fee for the green waste bin. Guess what? They didn't take it today! I put the bin out the night before. I put it between my driveway and the public pathway. I put it sticker facing out. And they still didn't collect it. When I told them they said there's nothing they can do, the waste collection people said I never put the bin out! Utter lies! It's been there all night and is still sitting there now, untouched. I spoke to customer services who couldn't care less about trying to help me. Didn't give me any advice or help just told me to wait another 2 weeks for the next collection, telling me they would definitely collect it next time. Well, why? They didn't this time and I did everything right so what makes you so confident they will next time? Why did I pay £50? I now can't sort out my garden and have a green bin sitting and getting mouldy over the next 2 weeks. What is wrong with this council?!

This is a compliment to one worker by name Raymond who deals with pavement waste bins in the area around Baker Street and side roads in Potters Bar. He is carefully hardworking, well dressed and always polite.

What a disgrace your counsellor is, using false, inflammatory and disgusting language today! Spreading hate and dividing communities, a very dangerous man! Should be sacked.

What’s the point of having a contact number if there’s no one there to pick up!nYou make money out of PCN’s maybe use that and employ someone to pick the same phone up!
