EXPENSIVE & A RUDE OWNER... NO THANKS... Arrived at 14.45pm to be told they closed at 3pm, so no food available which was fine as we only required a cup of tea. Another colleague arrived a little later at 14.55pm but was still served. No problems so far. As our meeting finalised and we were finishing our drinks, a cleaner started hoovering around our feet at 15.10pm at which point it was clear we were not welcome there no longer. Another cleaner started to clear the table with our cups etc but tipped milk all over my phones.... no apology was made other than grunting under breath saying we should leave. (since found out she was the owner Wendy!) Completely amused by the fact she had tipped milk all over my phones carried on chanting abuse. I stated the fact well 'I certainly will not be coming back here', for her to reply ''Good, and don't come back'' Lost good paying customers for the sake of 10 minutes. Yet rang today and their still there at 4pm.... Jokers!! My former colleagues, whom spend a considerable amount of money there with bringing customers, clients & other colleagues, will now take their business else where. But how rude especially coming from the owner!! ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS PEOPLE, STAFF INCLUDED. STEER CLEAR OF THIS EXPENSIVE & RUDELY RUN CAFE!!

Expensive but has everything you need for a good gym experience. Slimming world has a group there in the hall upstairs on a Wednesday 3.30 and 5.30.

Delicious jacket potato with chilli. Very friendly service and fantastic view and deck at the rear.

I am cancelling the subscription that my wife and I have held for many years. The pool has been cold for ages, the spa seems constantly broken, the place is dirty and repairs to broken items are not being done. It's just going downhill. Some of the staff are sympathetic and understanding, however not all are, one staff member in particular has been rude and disrespectful.
