Heron Timber Frames provided cladding for our house build back in 2016, it soon became apparent that the work performed was not up to standard, boards popping off and warping. No matter how much we chased this we were ignored and given ridiculous answers to why it was happening. As Heron is a member of TRADA as stated on their website we decided to have a report done and the findings were that nothing had been done correctly and the entire house needed recladding. We are still trying to get this problem sorted and it will be at a considerable cost to us!! I would not recommend Heron to anyone as customer care is so poor.
