Staff are lovely at this store. It has so many deals and offers to buy and it is low prices offer a range of items  from well-known branded products to basic brands.

Pleasant staff. Loads of variety in frozen and ambient foods.

Never over crowded. Excellent friendly staff who will always help and assist. For only a small store they have a good range of products and not just frozen food

OK but not as many deals abd options as Washington store

A good variety of foods at good prices. Sometimes short dated,  hence the cheaper price. Good value for money generally

Sat  21st august i was in herons in hetton le hole i purchased a few items  inc two pkts of  4 fresh baking potatoes  not to happy i got three out of 8 the rest were black right through  go to fruit shop next time

Herons is a good shop for all your freezer needs the plus side to this shop is they do delivery for as little as £20 a shop with free delivery too,. So it's a canny little shop to be able to top up your groceries midweek, an Ideal shop for the older generation if they can't carry shopping with them, or a budget family or a young family too.

Nice place to shop good quality cheap as chips lovely friendly staff
