It's always a fantastic freezer shop with many bargains to be had . I always try to call in at least once a week.
Dreadful customer service ever since the staff started wearing headsets. They spend all their time talking to each other via them rather than focusing on the customer. Went in two days ago and the young girl on the till was regaling the young lad elsewhere in the store about something 'amusing' that had happened to her. No eye contact with me and talking to the other staff member throughout the transaction. So rude.

I got what I needed from Heron, I always find the staff very pleasant, if they haven't got what you're after they will suggest a store were you might find what you're looking for.
Felt like the server barked at me to go to his till then demanded me to put my things on the counter with an attitude. Literally took me back the way he spoke to me.Never shopped in here in my life, thought I'd go in for a change as i needed a few bits and it was a Sunday so slim pickings. Won't come back again. If you don't have the basic communication skills or respect to speak/ deal with customers in a decent manor DONT work in customer service. I have bad anxiety especially when shopping alone and this was just a disgusting experience.
Great food st discount price I use to get the chicken nuggets all the time
Heron taking the pxxx now prices have gone dearer since covid I won't shop there again it's ridiculous I expected to pay more but feel they robbing the customer now
Small Super Market but has a good selection of food at pity reasonable prices.
