Grateful that we have this store... useful for when you run out of what you need or you require a cheap option etc... and really don't want to go into town. Staff are OK too. I have no complaints.. not perfect but happy it's in St Ann's.
Need your body weight in mini rolls? Need to eat so many creatively flavoured crisps that you would scare a potato farmer? Then heron is the place for you my friend. Pretty cheap compared to most other shops, with a great snack, beer and oven ready selection but how I wish they stocked a few more bits of fruit and veg. People cannot live on chocolate penguins alone.
I used to love this shop but their prices have crept up for value. Luckily I live in a st Ann's and surrounded by other value for money shops so thank you for pricing me out and good look in keeping hold of customers you had from day one.

Lay outs off, and they don't have half the stuff I've seen in other stores, its like they got what ever is left over. Some staff members are lovely others ignore or have a grump on.
Your typical heron food which is a wide variety of items, at good prices. Just often stock is low or non existent for things.
Verey good suppermarkit.anything and everything you would need .you can find it at heron foods wells road..and its opeon from 7am.till 8-9pm.monday to saterday..
Staff are always friendly, store is only small. But I love getting little bargains
Not really a bargain shop anymore, only the odd item that is cheaper than your main supermarkets.
Love this place!! Great prices Exactly what you need!! Staff are brilliant here at the St Anns Location, they always have a smile and cant help enough, if you want a bargin its worth a Visting..
