Herne Bay Pier is a charming and well-kept place to enjoy the coast. Great for a walk, with fun games for kids, tasty food stalls, and beautiful sea views—especially at sunset. A perfect spot for families or a relaxing afternoon. Highly recommend!
I visited on a very sunny day and the pier was busy.nThere were lots of families and groups of people around and also this pier has tiny beach houses converted into shops, very cute.nThe views are really beautiful and it is worth it when you get there.
It was very busy, there was a wedding at the end of the pier and lots of families crabbing over the side. Nice place to have some thing to eat and drink and watch the world go by.
Small pier, was isolated during the weekday I visited, there is a stage for performance, so is busy during the summer breaks with shows and performance, good small stalls selling food and artifacts which gives a nice local feel, it's clean and well maintained, closing early in the evenings 5pm
Not enamoured by the latte on offer.. 5 out of 10 at best I'm afraid ..but interesting gigs coming up on the pier make up for that a bit, some nice beach hut shops to explore with arts and crafts
