They must love and enjoy  seeing us customers in pain there is no other explanation. We have more chance of winning the lottery than getting through to an human  at  customer service. They  only company I know that only has a answer machine for customer service which  that tells you to literally naff off we don't care.

Worst delivery and customer service ever experienced, took 3 attempts and no card left.wow e even used a shop on there list, gave my gate code, phone number, what a bad experience.

To be honest one star is too good for this company.  Left my parcel on the door step if full view of everyone while I was out.  No notification to say it due to arrive.  No one to ring an speak to.  Awful company

Yet ANOTHER parcel LOST or STOLEN by Hermes. Over 2 weeks without being contacted. I sent several emails and spent over 2 hrs waiting on the phone. Eventually after completing the automated system I received a reply. How can they lose a large parcel?? Hermes are incompetent and have zero customer concern!!
