I ordered two cashemre scarfs, they were about 50 € each. That said I like them, they look nice they feel good, but they have pilling which pertains to a low quality. (short cashemre strings). So I am a bit disapointed in the quality. However, they dispatch the goods with Fedex and they were at my place within 3 days (Austria) which is awesome.

I was surprised to hear the postman ringing at the doorbell; but then I was delighted that he came to bring me the package from Scotland. I'm full of joy about these lovely things. Actually, I wanted to buy one of these wonderful scarves (unfortunately I lost the one I brought from a trip to London (the shop sold Scottish scarves made of lambwool)) - such an incredibly large number of different designs! I recommend this shop to everybody searching for traditional clothes, not having the money to visit this fantastic country! And what's more: I love Christmas. I am nuts about the pre Christmas-season, wearing these jumpers and eating from reindeer dishes. In this shop, I found Christmas paradise! I wonder if the shop has grown. I cannot remember that so many gifts have been offered last year... . I must admit that I mainly bought SALE articles, but the prices are absolutely ok! Therefore - go and buy until the brexit makes it difficult!

very good place to take a picture wearing a kilt, they have about 5 costumes you can choose whatever you like, they will give you picture with a frame and you can ask for a soft copy of the picture all for 25 pound

The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I ordered kilts in February for my wedding in July. The email stated it would be an additional 8-10 weeks for a special order weave and the expected dispatch time was June 4. On June 6, I received a cursory email saying that there had been a flood in the mill and my fabric was damaged, so they couldn't make the kilts. Sorry. If I wanted them made again it would be an additional 14 weeks with no opportunity for a rush order, even given the circumstances. I cannot understand how they weren't even made if they were supposed to be mailed two days ago, and how they can't accommodate any variance in their production time given this was an issue on their end. Their customer service is abhorrent and they don't seem to care whatsoever.
