amazing service ! being a pet owner ,it can be a worrying time when your animal becomes injured/unwell! Archie had been seen at another vet and i wasn't quite happy with the service. , a good friend recommended Heritage and i am so grateful he did!nservice from all staff was 10/10. Sara who treated Archie was amazing! she was so sympathetic and made us feel at ease! Sara gave us professional service and very much gave us a 'patient centred approach!'nI shall not be using any other practice! U can tell she really cares for animals and it's not just about making income... and this is reflective of the prices! really over the moon! thank you
I have been lucky enough to register my little cockapoo, Roxy into the surgery.nEverything about the practice is fantastic, great location with lots of parking. The practice is warm and welcoming, clean but doesn’t have that surgical smell that makes the dogs nervous as soon as you open the door. The young ladies on reception are an absolute dream, always smiling and chatty and genuinely look happy to be at work. They are both informative and have genuine care your your pets. All the staff I have met have great interpersonal skills and are absolutely genuine with their care. You don’t feel that you or your pet are just another number through the door. Non pushy with their payment plan and give you loads of options. So happy that I heard about heritage and happy that they will look after my four legged best friend.
We have known Becky since she offered us massive support with our cat Gino when he was ill. Becky has been super supportive, and her positive approach when your pet is unwell makes you feel at ease, ensuring that you are in the right hands. Since the practice has reopened, we have visited twice, and the standard of the interior is exceptional. The building is modern, inviting, and extremely clean despite the numerous pets that visit every day. Walking in, it feels more like a beauty salon than a vet's office!nBecky is an incredible vet, and we are yet to meet Sarah. The reception staff were very professional and clearly explained how the health plan works. Everything went smoothly when setting things up for our cat. The staff and Becky always approach you with a smile and make you feel comfortable. The parking area is massive, which adds to the convenience.nOverall, it was a positive experience, and we would rate Heritage Vets 10 out of 5 if we could!
Lorna is chillin’ on the sofa after her surgery and sends the biggest thank you for making her life so much more comfortable and pain free! nnFrom the time you step through the door, meeting Katie and Millie, the welcome is second to none. Everyone is made to feel welcome pet and hooman and the veterinary clinicians are amazing, putting the comfort and wellbeing of the animals at the forefront of everything they do.nnThank you so, so much
Amazing service from an amazing practice! Our dog, Alan, was bitten by another dog and sustained quite a deep wound on his nose. I contacted VidiVet these things always happen at the weekend! and sent photos of the wound. I received a video message reassuring me that I was doing the right thing with cleaning the wound and to get in touch with the Vet on the Monday.nI booked an appointment online and Alan was examined, cuddled and sent on his way with antibiotics.nHe is now a fully paid up member of the Heritage Health Plan.nI genuinely feel that this is a caring, family practice, looking forward to our next visit hopefully not as traumatic the next time!.
