Probably too furious to articulate my point accross properly so please excuse. I have tried to arrange an appointment 3 times with this mental health department, of which my very first appointment. My mental state is somewhat at breaking point and to be casually discarded several times from the organisation, only to be sent back with empty promises is severely taking its toll. Previously 2 of the appointments had been cancelled WITHOUT any contact whatsoever, instead i find out upon arrival. I fully understand the waiting list usually takes a couple of months depending upon your placement, but I have been waiting since November/December last year to receive some sort of notification. Words cannot describe how heartbroken the thought of other people being put through the same. Disgusted to say the least.

I had treatment for serious PTSD + suicide bereavement by a woman who told me she was a Doctor, a Psychiatrist !! in fact Maureen McKenna is a nurse, and had no business treating me, as she was of no help whatsoever, and my PTSD is serious, I am writing this to warn people about this masquerading stepford wife who will probably make you feel worse about yourself, i would avoid any advice from her, she let me go because there was nothing she could do to help, NOT REFER ME me but let me go... i do intend to write a formal complaint very soon as she labeled me as having a borderline personality disorder, when in fact she was displaying sociopathic traits, as she lied to me from the very beginning.
