Please do not use this car park particularly over the weekends and bank holidays as you will be stuck for 3 hours to get out of the car park. No management and the layout is so bad that getting out of the car park is a nightmare on top of that incoming traffic in the car park causes more chaos.nSouthall/Ealing council needs to investigate this problem as it is dangerous to public health and safety.nUnfortunately Police was unable to help as well when contacted.nAbsolutely disgusting experience
Absolutely piss poor car park, there is no management of the car park, literal piss always and human feceas rare but has happened on stairs as well as drug related items over the stairs. You can also get lucky and find a drunken person asleep/conked out across the stairs, which you have to use as the lifts are almost always out of service. Last visit, took over an hour of driving up and down to find a space, and then over an hour to bloody get out.
Its not that big, it does tend to get full quickly and sometimes there's dodgy people lurking around, just lock the doors. But the car park is convenient and cheap if you ever need to go shopping in Southall. nSometimes you'll find a faint smell of pee around the lifts / corners. But it was about £3.60 for a few hours and it was very convenient. Shuts at 10 pm now too.
Such a horrible experience. Took 1 hour to find parking and 3 hours to leave this disgusting area. Stairs are full of rubbish and druggies, it was a nightmare to park our car here never coming back here again. Local authorities should sort this mess out as soon as possible.
Stuck 2 hours to exit the building. Lack of onsite staff, no guidance on delays. Poor management of incoming and exiting roads, bottlenecked to the broadway.. avoid especially weekends. Perhaps the only long stay parking in a 3 mile radius, hence oversubscribed.
