The owner is short tempered and bad-mannered. Wish I hadn't spent money there in the past - He was very rude to my girlfriend and it ruined her day. Would have made a scene if there weren't children nearby. Don't let this man bully you if you're vulnerable.

Very rude owner. When I visit book shops I like to read the book before I commit to buy. Sat down on a step to read something and the owner told me to get out because it "isn't a library". Don't give him your money.

I rang up to inquire if they had a laminated 1:25000 map of NW Lakes in stock. The bloke who answered the phone ridiculed me, said he had no idea what I was talking about, that he never looked through the maps so why would he know, that he had a shop full of customers and that I should call back tomorrow and speak to Bev. So I'd give no stars out of 5 there, except I have to allocate it one star to post the review.
