If your lucky enough to get Sophia Liu Howarth as your conveyancer then your not doing too bad. We had an exceptionally complex sale of our property and she worked tirelessly on it. She is very responsive to calls and emails and it always happy to talk to you. We got there in the end thanks to all her hard work and effort. The only reason this is a 4 star is if Sophia went on holiday nothing was done with our case, it seemed that Sophia left instructions but no body at Henry Hyams picked things up which even she was surprised with. Anyway I'm very grateful to Sophia and Henry Hyams overall

The best purchase experience we have ever had. Without Sophia's professional help and guidance, we could not get the house on time. We are so impressed with Sophia's professionalism and dedication. Will definitely recommend Henry Hyams to our friends, and use their services again.

I couldn't recommend Henry Hyams highly enough for conveyancing. I have used their services for both buying and selling property for a period spanning over 20 years. Emily's team demystified and successfully negotiated a number of complex issues for me recently. I felt safe in their hands and confident in the knowledge that no legal stone was left unturned in the purchase of my new home.

Great service by all the staff we dealt with during the purchase of our house. Particular mentions go to Emily and Laura for all their hard work. Would definitely use them again.

We used this company for conveyancing and were massively let down. Half way through the day of the move we were informed that we no longer owned our house and had to hand the keys over yet our money for the new purchase took a further 3 hours to arrive with the next solicitors and so I had everything i owned in the world and a team of 6 people sat on a street corner just waiting whilst Henry Hyams couldn't tell me where our money had gone! To be fair the warning signs were there, 2 weeks before completion our solicitor (Sophia) buggered off on holiday which we only found out after trying to contact her and getting an automated out of office reply. The lady who took over the case was far better but the whole company felt like they lacked the urgency we wanted from a company who were dealing with the biggest purchase we will ever make. I chose Henry Hyams as they were a local company to me but it made no difference and as such I feel I'd have been better off dealing with a far cheaper internet based conveyancing company.
