Concur with a lot of other negative comments so best avoided. Had a monthly DD set up and they just changed the date WITHOUT any notification to give themselves a two week payment advantage. Our Bank will recall the payment under DD Guarantee Scheme.
Awful company Agree with all the reviews here absolute con company. They had set up 2 DD's for our phone contract when we was only supposed have one - Our accountant realised and contacted them and now wont give us a refund for the other DD that we didnt need as its our own fault. Disgusting customer service with rude people.
I never give bad reviews as I always look for the good in a business but this takes the biscuit..... unfortunately you cant give 0 stars unprofessional, lack of empathy, emailed and emailed and they never get back to you, the coffee machine was only worth £1200 and they wanted £3500... when speaking to them they said its like buying a car, now im not sure where he got that from, you dont generally pay 200% interest on a car... And i have repeatedly ask for them to pick up the machine and still I am waiting for 25 days.
Guys don’t trust this company. Who ever works there unProfessional people specially they never inform you about monthly premiums increase when we question only they informed me about the premiums increase. I was treaten by rachel he was very rude even not helping customers question. Its company dojng scamps. Might after i wrote this comment i will get threaten call. New comers don’t trust this guys. They are scammers
I have been involved with Henry Howard Finance for a short while now. My experience with them has been fantastic. I find Henry Howard Finance very efficient, helpful and there are so many friendly staff on hand. Throughout my journey, the support I have received has been amazing and the service they provide is worth more than 5 stars. Henry Howard Finance like to help you find a solution and when they do, they execute their strengths to ensure you receive the very best form them. I am looking forward to a very long future with this finance provider.
Take care. We lease our phone system but transpires that the equipment is about £600 and we pay around £124 per month. Read the agreement and avoid.
Our experience working with Henry Howard Finance has been fantastic from start to finish. A streamlined and professional service providing us with the finance to deliver our product at exactly the right time. Would highly recommend HHF to anyone looking to finance in their business. We use HHF for our own finance of assets within the business , and as a finance provider for our clients .In both situations , the deals are set up with minimum fuss, quickly and at great prices. Our account manager Gareth understand both our needs when we need finance and the needs of our customers when arranging finance options for them , decisions are made quickly. Highly recommended great company to deal with .
Warning Do Not Go Near This Company!! I took out finance for a coffee machine for my small business, through Essential espresso, I lost all my ingredients and yearly service and technical help when needed. Propel promised to replace my lost ingredients. This was a total lie. My coffee machine broke down and they ignored all my emails and calls. It is in the contract that Propel are to replace the machine. I had the contract checked by a solicitor!! I was advised not to make anymore payments till Propel replaced the coffee machine. I received nothing but threats, and they just ignored me completely. I was advised to take them to the small claims court . I am now in the process of going to court. My hopes is that I stop innocent people getting stung by this company.
Please DO NOT use this company. We were not informed about needing insurance on the telephones - we have our own insurance. In extremely small fine print is a £40 annual charge which was not communicated. There is also a £150 adminstration charge which the supplier said they would pay but have not done. We tried to transfer the contract to another company and Propel Finance wouldnt let us even though we moved offices. Now we are paying for the phones and not even using them. The contract states that the equipment has to be returned at the end of the term, however when the phones were sold to us, they said we could keep them after three years. Potentially mis-sold to us. STAY CLEAR.
