Deeelicious! First time trying Heavens Kitchen and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and the steaks were cooked to perfection! The atmosphere was just right. Not too loud considering it was Christmas Eve. 10/10 all round. We’ll be back!Food: 5/5
Birthday Celebration July 11th. First time here and everything I mean EVERYTHING! Was amazing. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing our waiters and waitress were attentive. And took our orders quickly, we ordered a bottle of Merlot for the table and quickly hard our mains, my partner ordered the prawn cocktail and I ordered the Cheesy Mushroom starter, both were amazing and we both ordered a steak medium rare, once again both starter and main were amazing and perfectly cooked. As it was my birthday we treated ourselves to a bottle of champagne and held on the dessert to let our mains settle. For our desserts both were once again amazing and I assume the manager upon learning that it was my birthday treated us both to a shot at the bar. This was a kind treat and also mad the day as a private meal between us both. For our first visit it was truly an amazing experience and I will be back with friends as we both had a truly amazing experience, thank you to all the staff that worked Tuesday July 11th 2023.
The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive. I went with my husband for our anniversary and we enjoyed everything. Charlene, Niko, Migena & Swizel fantastic team. Highly recommended Food: 5/5
Good, delicious steak eating times to be had by all Out for this world cuts and nice sides. I wouldn’t recommend the Meaty Mac though, it’s like a pasta beef stew, as opposed Mac n’ CheeseFood: 5/5

Great steak in Alton! Ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly and the bordelaise sauce was amazing. Wine selection was very good, and Swizel made the experience great with a cappuccino to end.Food: 5/5

Great experience & lovely meal! Highly recommend and we will 100% return!! We went as a group of 4 based on the great reviews on Google & Trip Advisor, we were not disappointed at all. The selection of cocktails was impressive & they were of a high quality. We also ordered some starters, they were decent and although the Calamari was good, it was nothing to shout about. However we didn’t come for the starters, it was all about the steak and I can honestly say it was the up there with the best I’ve tried, especially outside of the high end steakhouses I’ve tried in central London & abroad. Cooked to perfection, very tasty due to the high quality cuts of meat, the flavours came through with every bite and all was complimented with tasty peppercorn sauce & garlic butter sauce. The side salad was well dressed, fresh and light. Not forgetting the thick, crispy chips, they packed a punch & maybe chips are just chips but these were not just any chips!! Our service throughout was welcoming, friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Our bill including service was just under £300 for 4 people. But we ordered many cocktails & alcoholic drinks throughout the evening so it was reasonable & everyone had dessert too. Without the alcohol the bill would have been a lot cheaper and you can honestly get a great meal here for around £30-40 per person. I honestly recommend Heaven Kitchen and cannot wait to visit again! Thanks for a great meal / evening - Keep up the great work!!
Had a lovely dinner just before Christmas and although the places was super busy the service was great and the food was gorgeous. We had chateaubriand to share which was gorgeous and red velvet cheesecake and Lemon tart for desert which were good as well. Highly recommended
I had read very good things about the place, but we probably went on a bad day it was Saturday and very busy. The steak was underwhelming size wise and bit dry for a medium. Service was slow, and even though we had a reservation, there didn't seem to be a system or any acknowledgement of having one.Food: 3/5
