BE AWARE THAT THIS CAR PARK IS FOR RAIL USERS ONLY!nI just saw the tinny sign after I’ve paid, so lost my money, reason I’m giving 3 stars. They should put this information in big letters close to the payment machine, not between plants…nPlenty of spaces on a Thursday morning, reasonable prices, toilets were very dirty.
Had a nice afternoon out walking around Henley-on-Thames, surprised that as it was a Bank Holiday weekend it was not very busy
As many of the reviews here have stated - a decent sized car park where you can easily find a space during the day - £2 for 3 hours and it's right on the edge of the town centre. The ticket machine is so slow you might think it's not working, and the public toilet is perfectly usable even if it may not be the best smelling place in the world.
Great cheap car park close to the river and the local amenities. Lots of parking spaces ! You can also get a taxi here as there’s a number of taxis waiting to whisk you away. On road parking is limited in Henley so best to leave the car here. As mentioned by other reviewers - the car park gets full during the Regatta as you would expect
I'd be hallucinating if I consider this review applicable to days when the Henley Regatta takes place. But for that, this is an awesome car park with loads for space. Adjacent to the riverfront and most local attractions/restaurants, this is my natural choice for parking each time I visit Henley. The parking meter is a little out of whack and takes ages to respond. The taxi stand is right there should you choose to take one.
