The receptionist's attitude is abysmal. How on earth can she be the first point of contact for patients? The condescending comments and the eagerness to get off the phone is really bad. If you have mental health or health concerns, DO NOT call this surgery. You will feel worse after speaking to the receptionist. I'm making an official complaint.

Good facilities. Lift available for access to the first floor. No problems or delays. We were seen as soon as we arrived.
one of the receptionist attitude is absolutely disgusting, every time i have to speak to her it’s like she can’t be bothered to do her job, her attitude and body language is not professional what so ever, i absolutely hate having to deal with her, all the other receptionist are lovely but she’s honestly the worse person i’ve dealt with! she needs to find another job because clearly that isn’t the right job for her!
Getting an appointment to see someone face to face is impossible. I have to call at 8am i’m number 2 in queue but still all the appointments have gone. Appointments over the phone aren’t great, you can’t hear what they’re saying. I’m having to pay to go private just so someone can help me. It’s so unfair.
