Great way to get to town
Dreadful customer service. Went to the office to ask about buying a ticket to Gatwick, Ash at the counter didn't want to know, lied about being no tickets and refused to help. Obviously interuppted their routine of earning a living with doing the minimum. Dreadful experience.
Nothing outstanding there
It’s ok, mostly need to wait for your trains. And limited seats
