Hendersons Family Law is a niche family law practice set up in December 2010 by Lynn Henderson. We have a team of experienced family law solicitors. All of the solicitors in the team are committed members of Resolution, the organisation of specialist family law practitioners, dedicated to resolving cases in a constructive non-confrontational way, by agreement whenever possible.

Each family is unique and we offer a personal, sensitive and specialised service tailored to your individual circumstances.

On relationship breakdown most people would prefer to avoid going to court. We will explore all the options with you including mediation, collaborative law and round table negotiations. In some circumstances it may be necessary to seek the assistance of the court to reach a fair solution and, if this is the case, we will guide you through the process as quickly and effectively as possible.
