Had loads of large Evri parcels to drop off and they very kindly took all of them and even helped me carry from my car. Above and beyond in terms of customer service and very friendly too! Thank you!
I first visited as the Post Office that's not local to me as the opening hours are much longer than most which is really convenient. So pleased I did visit. The shop is lovely, great variety and good quality. All the staff in the Post Office and shop are so nice and helpful. It's a lovely place all-round. Unusual today as it's not a chain, makes a really nice change. Would recommend!
Staff always go above and beyond for the customers, even gave advice that stopped me getting scammed, always make you feel welcome, highly recommend, deserve a payrise. Thanks as always, A+++++
My first visit to Hempshaw Lane Post Office! I was satisfied with the service. Delighted that they open on Sundays to cater for those of us who get time on this day to sort out their parcels and mail to send off. Extremely convenient business/ opening times!nStaff were cheerful and very helpful.
