I am so grateful with the service provided today and I truly appreciate being seen by the Doctor who clearly had many patients to see, but was extremely thorough. I saw the doctor around 9.40. The receptionist was helpful and polite. I was so ill last night and in pain and the Doctor completely understood my condition and provided me with the most effective treatment and advice. Thank you for your service. I am so pleased you were open on a Saturday.
Arrived on a Sunday afternoon in great pain with a dislocated shoulder. I was seen almost immediately and X-rayed. With appropriate pain relief my arm was put back , X-rayed again and I left with arm in a sling pain free all within a half an hour. Fantastic.
Before I begin, will just say the reception staff are great.. I’ve had surgery on my shoulder and have to attend for dressing changes every 2 days, if it falls at a weekend it’s utc. Last week, the nurse was extremely rude as in pain, I took too long taking my jacket off.. I let this one go but this morning, unfortunately she was on duty again.. the surgery is a week or so old yet she ripped off the dressing like I was being waxed. After this, she has a go at me as they didn’t have the correct dressing. As said, once I let go, we all have off days but today has prompted me to write this.. to think, not so long ago, we were on our door steps applauding, im not saying it’s everyone cos it isn’t , but this lady who deals with wound dressings needs to be re trained not only in her job, but in customer care also. Absolutely disgusting and if she is reading this, don’t worry, you won’t have to deal with me again..
Rude staff, zero stars. Made us wait for nearly 3 hours and allowed those who came after us to go in.. don't understand how they set priority, when my mum was struggling with pain. After a very long wait, I asked the receptionist when we were going in, she was rude and finally she said there was one person before us. But that did not happen, when it was out turn, somebody else was called in.. I felt it was done on purpose. The doctor was not friendly, and was in a hurry for us to leave. She showed no empathy. Staff definitely need some proper training..
Ceri-Ann the Receptionist is very rude and uncaring and clearly should not be working in this kind of job!! It was disgustingly hot inside with no air conditioning no fans nothing! So meant to sit inside with a 3 year old in pain and sweating for 2 hours!!
