Agree with all the negative reviews - VERY slow and very poor service. The younger lady is nice enough but you really have to work to get anything back from anyone else.

I agree with a previous reviewer. Rarely any service with a smile. After paying in my business takings for the week, I asked if I could have 10 £1 coins in exchange for 2 £5 notes. The elderly female cashier replied 'we don't have any to spare'. So, that's another customer they've just lost.

Very slow service with rarely enough staff on duty & never a smile from any of them. Never a greeting with a "good morning" or "good afternoon" & a very surly attitude to their customers.
