Just had a new boiler and Nest thermostat fitted by Help Link. Best decision Ive ever made. Sales guy was totally non pushy and i got a good deal. On the day a fitter called John did the hard part of fitting everything. He did an amazing job and really went that extra mile. Couldnt recommend these guys enough!!
Contacted them about my boiler not working, about 8 years ago, still waiting for them to get back in touch. Luckily I was still covered by British gas, and they sorted the problem.
Had a combi boiler fitted and I have to say I have never known something breakdown so much. To get hot water you have to have the tap on a dribble or it won't come out hot, and that's from new. We were given a load of rubbish about that's how it works etc etc and awful service. Avoid if you can,
From beginning to end the process was seamless. The surveyor was very thorough, the advice was the best I had received and the price was reasonable. Just one minor irritation was that the fitter left the house pretty dusty.
