Food was tasty. Had the vegan smokey burger which was good but the facon was impossible to cut into smaller pieces. Curly fries also tasted pretty good but were a bit soggy and chewy. Service was very disappointing. Was never asked how my food was and was overcharged - when asked about it didn't even get an apology. Was given the cash back and basically sent on my way. A lot of potential but unfortunately didn't meet any of the expectations.
Most disgusting burger I’ve ever had! I think a frozen burger would have been better. We placed the order over Uber eats and it came over 40 minutes late. Let’s say this wasn’t their restaurant’s fault. However, the restaurant is responsible for: -sending out a cold order -sending the wrong fries one out of 2 correct -not even melting the cheese which makes me question how hot the food was when assembled The order which was £30 came cold, the meat was below mediocre, the cheese had a very bad processed/chemical/plastic taste. Both burgers and fries were cold! L I’ll ask for a refund and never again order from here!
I am a burger lover and can say without a shadow of a doubt that Hello Burger is in my top 5 of all time burgers. Cannot rate this place enough. Better than all the major chains! I will be returning as often as I can and recommend highly to everyone. For best results, eat in, but I have had the delivered option and it’s still really really good.
Came here last Friday evening and back again with my son the following Friday so that he can agree with me on how good these burgers are ! And he did ! 2 for 1 on cocktails always helps to. Best i’ve ever had. Great staff too you wont be disappointed x Kid-friendliness: I had my 11 year old son with me who enjoyed as much as me !
The member of staff who served us was very polite, unfortunately a couple of the cocktails were poorly made, the red wine tasted cheap & several things not available. There seemed to be more attention given to the driver's coming in for delivery service than the customer's sat at the tables! We were a table of six & all have been there in the past but certainly won't be rushing back in the future!
....don't usually review anything BUT tonight is an exception! Chicken wing starter was yummy, sweet potato fries were super and the burger, well, it was delicious, I had the Notorious FIG, it was so tasty, the jam, crunchy onions then the smoked cheese with a super juicy burger, just delicious!
Have had multiple enjoyable meals, food is tasty, service is good. Burgers are messy, but nothing wrong with that! Little bit pricey, but otherwise a wonderful place.Food: 4/5
Very nice place. The food was outstanding and the service was great. Cocktails were very nice to. We went back yesterday and it was still amazing. The burgers are still getting cooked to perfections. It's now a must book to avoid disappointment restaurant as it was completely packed but the service was still as good as it was before which says a lot for the quality of the staff. Thanks for a great night and will see you all soon.
You want amazing brunch, here's your place. Its has great food, good service and i dare you to taste the pancakes and not swoon...seriously i dare you. Anyhoo; devine burgers, tasty pancakes and well a cocktail or 2 will complete your meal.
