Ordered my mum some flowers for her birthday, they were absolutely beautiful and the staff are so lovely. Also got my wedding flowers here and they were perfect too! Highly recommend Helen's flowers.
Ordered flowers for our friend’s birthday but they weren’t delivered. They were very apologetic, said they couldn’t find the order even though the money had been debited. They delivered flowers very quickly after the phone call and they were beautiful. Our friend was thrilled with them but it was a very disappointing experience. We cannot fault the flowers or the apology but would hope that they look at their ordering system so this doesn’t happen again
I have purchased 4 different bouquets between January and February 2021 and all have been so wonderfully put together and have been exactly how we requested. The last bouquet we had made for my Auntie, who just about managed to see before she passed away which I know meant the world to my Mum. Thank you so much.

Very disappointed went to collect flowers on Christmas Eve that I had bought and payed for.earlier that week to be presented with s very poor looking Christmas display nothing like I ordered no explanation has to were my flowers had gone just offered money back which left me looking around for new flowers Wass very upset thought I would support local businesses never again
