I've used Helena many many times and she's the loveliest lady I've ever come across. The nasty lady who left the last review, I'm quite frankly disgusted at what she wrote about this hard-working and dedicated hair dresser. It seems to me that she has a hidden agenda and seems to only want to try and ruin a well established local business. If you need an experienced mobile hair dresser, please don't hesitate to give Helena a call. She's fabulous, friendly and professional. Omg.. I ignored the bad reviews. But i should of took note. She walked in my home.. Looking... I cant say. She was looking through her bag to get her clippers out. She cut her finger on her clippers. She bled all over my house. Then she whent in the kitchen, bled on my floor. Bled in my sink. Bled on my door handles. I have just had to disinfect my whole house where she bled. She didn't apologise, I asked her to get out of my house and bleed outside. She asked me why? I said cos I don't want u bleeding in my house. she just said I'm heartless cos i told her to go outside and bleed. She used my dishcloth to try to stop the bleed. That's now in the bin. I dread to think of her cutting my sons hair if I'd of let her!! Please don't use helena. She has bad manners, she walked in my house asking alsorts of questions about where I whent to school etc. Totally rude and disrespectful of people's homes. She whent out to her car and started calling me names. I pointed out that she was on my cctv and to watch her mouth. After a few mins of her still bleeding all over the road. she got in her car and left. PLEASE DONT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS.
I got this woman Wednesday night who absolutely wrecked my hair. She is unprofessional I wouldn't trust her to comb my dogs hair. I have had to go out luckily enough and have it done reprofessionally, please take note of what I am saying be aware of all accounts of this woman she's only after money no customer service. I hope everyone listens to me she ruined my hair and it could be your hair so be careful try your best to avoid her. I don't even think she has no qualifications to do hair whatsoever....
As I suffer from MS, this was the first time I've used a mobile, and wish I'd have used Helena years ago. It was about six weeks ago I had a appointment, and I'm still pleased with how easy my haircut has been to manage since. She tidied the debris up well too!
Helena has done my hair for four years always professional always a brilliant cut and colour would highly recommend so sorry to be leaving her as I’m moving away but so very glad I found her
For many years Helena looked after my late wife's hair.It was always immaculate.She has also looked after my hair.She is an excellent professional and I would recommend her to everyone.She is superb.
Fantastic. My son had his first haircut and Helena both dealt with his tears even getting him toys to play with to put him at ease and also managed to do a superb haircut whilst he was wriggling about. Could not be happier with the result.
What a lovely lady, did my grandmother hair and my daughters and did a fantastic job.. Thanks again! Highly recommended
