Excellent customer service. Food was outstanding. Reasonably priced. Great range of drinks. Worth booking which can be done online although when we booked it hadn't gone though to the staff, but wasn't a problem they got us seated straight away. As I started the post, excellent customer service, smiles all round.
Really big dinosaur sized meals cooked to perfection,Billy & Diane great hosts, will be back for the Carribbean night hopefully tomorrow. All the best Perry Como & Julie
Excellent meal and great service. My wife and I called in on the off chance and were fortunate to get a table. We chose off the early bird menu, I had the fish pie with vegetables, which was excellent, and my wife had the chicken curry, which she said would very tasty. We would recommend this establishment to everyone. The main menu looked very extensive, and very reasonably priced. However I would recommend booking a table to be certain of getting in.
A lovely relaxed family run pub with really good food. My girlfriend and I had a great time here & the owner was really friendly. The interior was beautiful, as were the Christmas decorations : Also we were smitten by the menu, a great selection & something for everyone! I recommend & we will be back. Great job guys, we loved it.
We went on Caribbean night and the food was to die for!! We shared the taster platter and everything was incredible. The flavours were amazing. It was such a chilled atmosphere and you could tell the owner had such pride in his place. All the staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend!!
Went there for my birthday and absolutely amazing. Staff are so friendly and great atmosphere. For a small bar it has a great selection of beers, ciders and spirits. Food was delicious and all tasted extremely fresh, definitely a fine dining experience 10/10 would always return for a meal and drink.
Walked in with the hope they had a table for 10 of us,and although they didnt after a bit a delegation we were seated. There was plenty of choice on both the main menu and childrens menu, and the food was fantastic even my fussy daughter she's 10 enjoyed her meal. And the prices were very reasonable. The staff are very warm and welcoming. Can't fault the food or service. Highly recommend.
Fantastic meal at this restaurant. Beautifully cooked, fresh food in a relaxing atmosphere. Lovely owner and just awesome. We will DEFINITELY be returning. Can't recommend hight enough! and I am notoriously hard to please!
We were staying in the area and were looking for a place to eat that accommodated dogs and had gluten free options for food. The food was tasty and the service was excellent. I had the crackly pork which was amazing, but you need to have a big appetite to finish it off!
We have always come to this restaurant when staying in the area but not since the change of ownership. The beer is as good as ever and the service friendly and efficient. Sadly I chose the fish pie which is a favourite of mine. Considerably more pie than fish. The vegetables were fine but the near absence of fish made the meat very bland.
