Highly disappointed that the quality fabric of the summer dress I purchased felt so cheap and unsuited to hot climates with unbreathable materials. I returned the item which was delivered whilst I was on holiday 15 days after the item was delivered to me only to find their return policy is only 14 days. I’m now stuck with a huge store credit that I have no interest in using. The item was returned with tags and no leniency was granted with the one day grace period I requested. I wish I’d purchased it from Harrods or another concession, where the standard 30 day return period still applies. The credit took 26 days to be given to me after the item was received by HK.
The company needs to take a hard look at their online shopping experience and customer service. The return has been received three weeks ago and still no refund in view. Unacceptable in 2024.
Visited the Pavilion Street store today and was pleased with the service from Yasmin. A lovely, personable employee who went above and beyond to help me find the most suitable swimwear. Please praise Yasmin, as she is excellent at her role and I will most definitely return to the store again soon.
The staff at this Heidi Klein store were courteous, welcoming and only to happy to help me find the right bikini to suit me. Every request was dealt with professionally and with kindness. A very happy and helpful experience not only for me but also my husband and dog!
I'm sorry to say that but heidi klein provides the worst customer support I had to deal with in my entire life. Unfortunately I have a problem with my bikini top + bottom which changed the color after wearing a few times. I had opened a complaint at heidi klein customer service over 1 1/2 month ago. After several chats and emails I'm totally annoyed and a solution seems to be in a galaxy far far away...
Super impressed with the staff who really know their stuff. Without them I wouldn't have made the choice I have, which fits beautifully and I feel like a million dollars in it! Also stunning, luxurious feeling fabric. Can't speak highly enough of Heidi Klein!
Good afternoon I don't usually make a complaint but I have to say how enormously disappointed I am with my experience with yourselves. I am going away for a special weekend and so wanted to take your shoes to complete an outfit. However, the first shipment went missing between yourselves and DPD, so a couple of phone calls later the second shipment arrives and you have sent TWO LEFT FEET! They aren't even the same size - no that that matters! The order arrived at 10:30 this morning and as I am flying out at at 2pm this afternoon, I am unable to find another pair to take. As I say, I do not make a habit of complaining but when I am spending this much on a pair of shoes, I would expect the service and attention to detail to be much much better than it obviously is. I have arranged for my daughter to make an unplanned trip to the Post Office in order that the shoes are returned to yourselves as soon as possible, and I doubt very much that I would use your site again, unless I have a few days spare in case of another error. Again I apologise for the tone of this email, but I am so very dissapointed and it hasn't been a pleasant start to what should be a fantastic time away. Regards This is the email I sent to Heidi Klein yesterday, no response and it cost me over £10 to return them recorded delivery as requested to ensure the refund goes ahead. I won't be dealing with them again that's for sure.
The only place I shop for swimsuits. Great quality and beautiful place to shop in. Had particularly great service from Yasmin today, super helpful and friendly, and great recommendations! So happy with my new bikini
Beautiful swimwear and excellent service from all the staff there who were on hand to advise exactly the right style and fit. I am thrilled with my choice and for once am actually looking forward to putting on a bikini!
A totally 5* experience! The team there are very knowledgeable and were able to advise what styles work for me. Beautiful swimwear!
