No toilet, no facilities and on the few occasions I have been for transfer to other services, there has been street drinkers and beggars. Not a safe area at night.
This is not the best place to be waiting for a bus on a cold or wet day. No public facilities eg toilets or undercover waiting area except for small shelters. This place is been removed shortly to make way for a new purpose built bus station during 2024 with bus pick up and drop off points changing to different parts of Heckmondwike. Please be aware of this if travelling to or from Heckmondwike commencing late Feb 2024.
It's definitely a bus stop where buses stop and stay for a little while to pick up some humans here and there. Smooth operating for the transportation of flesh suits
A well-rounded bus point. Not the usual bus station. You can travel to Leeds, Huddersfield, and Bradford from this point. There may be others, but I'm not sure for now.
Nothing much to say about this other than it’s located in Heckmondwike town centre so it’s handy for the shops etc.
