Our 1pm slot was cancelled and moved to another time slot. Was a couple of bumps as the boat was turned around, and crashed into the walls at either side. The person operating it seemed to have had a glass of something while preparing for the next trip, and then steering. I only hope it was non-alcoholic. Few wasps loitering around the scone, maybe food nets should have been used to cover the food. Enjoyable though

Worth every penny! Nicky is a fantastic host. The audio tour was excellent and the food was delicious. We had a lovely hour enjoying a cream tea and sitting on top of the barge boat learning around the local area. Nicky clearly does her research and knows her stuff. Thank you
Thank you to Nicky, had a lovely Afternoon Tea with our friends. No halal option but Vegetarian provided. Amazing cake, sandwiches and scones! Lovely ride along the canal with historic and current information. Such a great experience. Free parking and toilets available in the pub. Nicky was so lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.

5 of us did the afternoon tea cruise to celebrate a birthday and we all enjoyed it. Nicki's local knowledge and history knowledge is fantastic and she was very thoughtful, even saving the crusts from preparing the sandwiches for our little girl to feed to the ducks. I wish the team all the best and thank you for a lovely experience.

We paid for the cruise only. We asked if we could have 1 cup of coffee. We were told NO as we had only paid for the cruise. A different member of staff then said yes we could. It was £2. We didn't have change only a £5 note so we asked if we could pay at the pub as we thought they were connected. We were then informed by another member of staff that the price was £4 but we could give them £1 tip as they didn't have change. I didn't really want to leave a tip as the staff dropped the used cups and cutlery over my son without offering a cloth. The staff wore dirty clothes and there didn't appear to be any hand washing whilst handling food or beverages. Sadly quite disappointing.
Fab, wee hours trip, we had the cream tea which was served to our table. Nice bit of history while we looked at the views. I can't believe how quickly it went. Start and stop is at the pub and you can take a pint with you if you wish.
