Heaven Sent will delight your senses with sumptuous fabrics, therapeutic music, soft lighting, flicking candles and a calming essence of vanilla and peppermint throughout.

The therapy rooms offer a tranquil escape from the world, with cosy therapy couches to melt into, a professional butterfly spray tanning booth along with a welcoming reception, nail station and Dermalogica Skin Bar.

We are an official Dermalogica Skin centre and Sienna X stockist. Therapists have completed on-going post-graduate education within these companies; we offer you the only Dermalogica Expert in Sutton Coldfield.

My three friends and I spent a blissful afternoon at Heaven Sent today. Kelly and her team made us feel relaxed the minute we walked through the door. We sat and relaxed with coffee and biscuits, as they explained the various treatments on offer. I chose the Ultimate Aromatherapy Experience which was truly 'Heaven Sent'. Two of my friends had facials and back massages whilst the third had the Muscle Melt and Skin Glow. All treatments were excellent, as was the advice given by the therapists regarding skin care afterwards. The combination of expert therapeutic treatments and pure pampering was perfect. We've all booked further individual treatments and promised ourselves another afternoon together at the salon. 😊

Went to this salon approximately after 11.00am this morning. The lady was rude stayed on the phone, did not allow myself and my colleague to enter the salon. Couldn’t hear what she was saying, from the counter due to the traffic outside as I attempted to explain. The lady was rude turned her face away, with awful body language. All it took was basic communication skills just to say sorry I’m busy if you could come back. Shocked considering brought so much custom, will be taking that else where and telling my friends also not to book at this salon.

Heaven sent is so welcoming. I have had various treatments here and never had a bad treatment! Spray tans are amazing no streaking and the consultation process to begin with puts your trust in these ladies that you will not be tangoed!! Excellent!!

Had a couple of spray tans many years ago and always ended up looking as if I had been tango'd, so coming to Heaven sent, and explaining my experiences they advised me how to prepare and what level to use. I had the lightest one and it looked great, I felt great which was a bonus. I would defiantly recommend Heaven sent and even booked for a Christmas tan :)
