Not a bad word to say about this GP! I was so nervous when I moved to Felixstowe 3 years ago, after having such a good GP in my hometown down South I never thought anywhere else would compare. How wrong I was! From the moment I moved here I have never had a bad experience. All the staff reception/nurses/doctors etc are so polite and friendly. The online Ask My GP facility is brilliant far better than the old e-consult one, that was a little long-winded, I always get a response very quickly and a call back/appointment when necessary, nothing ever seems too much hassle! Well deserved 5-stars : Thank you Haven Health.
A huge "thank you" to the lovely Simon who spent time with me yesterday dealing with my "problems" - more especially the "dome in the ear one"! He was kind, humorous, and patient! Also thank you to the Receptionist who ensured I could access "Ask your GP" - she, too was kind and helpful. All in all excellent service.
Not sure how any bad reviews are here. For years the service has been excellent, seen as soon as possible always, low wait times. Always get a call back from the doctor. Receptionist always friendly. Always happy and helpful through our even through this stressfully couple of years
Never had a problem with reminders of appointments for my children but decided after one bad experience that I had to return to my own surgery I would if my doctor ever left return here. It's conveniet n my area. This Surgery its convenient for both cars, wheelchairs as it's easy to get to the door. And parking is free and close to the pharmacist. Recently the receptionists have been extremely helpful My experience with the nurses has also been.
1 or 0 star Do not sign up here.. only practitioners and old nega working here . I said them I have ear infection and I am in pain.. I need medicine antibiotics urgently.. and she told me on the phone even NHS 111 ,and pharmacy advice them .. to put me on the list today .. she said to me do not ever call her after 3pm ... If I will have any problem ... And I asked her so you telling me after the NHS 111 Doctor said u still open ... I can't called them if I ill ... She said yes .. I have to be in pain all day... lovely by the way in the past they was the same .. absolutely useless I don't care how but I wanna sign of from them ..
I’m prompted to rate the surgery after reading the other reviews. In my experience, Haven Health is excellent. The receptionists are helpful, the doctors and nurses have been brilliant. Parking is never a problem and there is plenty of waiting room. I feel very fortunate to be able to use this facility.
How RUDE!! My 15 year old son had a voicemail left for the parents of a child who isn't him. We don't even live in England. Phoned to let them know and the receptionist was extremely rude and said "no we didn't call you, we have no patient by the name your saying" Yes you did call and you didn't want to admit you made a mistake. I went out of my way to be helpful and let you know a mistake was made. GDPR issues!!!!!
My toddlers been badly constipated for months and weve had a trip to a&e because of it. Shes screaming and crying in pain but nothing is being done about it unless we are really stern with them. I would never recommend this doctors, especially for those with children
Really good doctors, I have never really liked going but they are always helpful even if I need an urgent prescription. Lovely people
My husband has aspergers and lung problems as do I and we are both mask exempt but this surgery break the law and make us mask we complained and they said no we have to mask so we are leaving today.
