Booking the appointment was easy. The person showed up on time to look at my property, and was very friendly. So no complaints there, but ever since then they have been terrible at communicating. I was promised a quote for cavity wall and loft insulation 1 week ago. I have written several emails, rang the company but still have had no response, or any indication if/ when they will provide a quote for the work.
Loft insulation service proved for my flat in Scarborough on 26/10/22. Excellent service from the 2 fitters. Administration was not perfect but problems were soon sorted. Would recommend this company.
We would definitely recommend Heatpac who recently completed the cavity wall insulation on our home. Great price, good communication, efficient hard working lads!
We needed our conservatory insulating this company took on this small job , quickly and very professionally. Callum gave us good advice and we were very grateful as other companies did not want to help has the job was to small and it wasn't cost effective. Callum put the customers needs first instead of been money greedy. I would say that was going the extra mile Thank you.
