Had another lovely meal here with my family last Sunday It's one of the places I prioritise visiting for a meal when I come down from Scotland. Food has always been lovely, staff very friendly and it's decent value as well We ordered 2 of the Sunday lunch set menus and a veg tray with vegetable Balti. We had a fantastic meal, very satisfied with the food as always. The Sunday lunch menu is highly recommended, it is fabulous value for money. Veg tray is awesome too A massive thanks to all the staff, keep up the great work and keep being the amazing people you are
The waiter there was really rude to my wife. We have been regular diners for 20 years there twice a month but will not visit again. When we arrived there was a deal on ,starter ,main dessert for a reduced price. My wife simply asked lf it was possible to have 2 starters instead of a starter and a main. This would have cost less but if they had said no it would not have been an issue. The waiter who has never been friendly compared to the other stared straight at my wife and said no is such a condescending rude tone it shocked me. The owner who is always lovely and personable was not there and it's sad that this waiter is damaging his business. I am writing this so he can read it.My good friend had a similar experience with the same waiter a year ago so this is not a one off. The rude waiter has what looks to be a hairpiece so will not be hard to recognise by the owner.
Nice little place. Maybe not as "authentic" as some of the other places in this area, but the food was excellent and the staff really friendly. Have to call out the naan bread which was fresh and very delicious.Food: 5/5
When you walk in the sweet smell of spices begin to make you tingle all over. I couldn't get my food fast enough. The staff was lovely and welcoming. The food did not disappoint. I ate more than I usually would.
Went in for a quiet Sunday meal. Staff were welcoming and the food was genuinely delicious. We had the lamb handi and the chicken tikka. Couldn't fault anything. Will definitely be returning.Food: 5/5
Been going here for a few years. We ordered a king prawn tandoori masala. What turned up was a king prawn masala, that could only be described as a glowing red soup. I try and order something new and different so I got the koria chicken. It was just a generic curry that tasted of nothing with chicken that had been precooked before the curry. The mint chocolateat the end of the meal had more spice to it. I also ordered a onion bhaji that turned up with no sauces. After asking could I get some mint sauce, so I didn't have to just eat a plain bhaji, the waiter looked confused. Will not be going ever again.
Recommended by a friend so thought we would give their take away a try. Good size portions with lots of flavour. 10% discount for ordering take away and just about a 20 minute wait. Hope to visit again and try something else.Food: 5/5
Staff always attentive helpful,fab food as ever we like the mixed grill starter
Great tasty curries big portions of everything only downside is website opening times are out and it's closed Sunday but Google still says its open for there buffet at 2pm which is annoying when your driving over 30 minutes to get there
